we were happy to find laguna 500 ft away, where we could eat. our stay here was great, ideal place for exploring batumi. a good location, do recommend to all. nurigeli lake is right by the hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem! It is situated right in the heart of the city, a stone's throw away from the beach and close to the bustling piazza square. the rooms are very spacious and clean and have all the necessary appliances. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile. the breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the atmosphere is just amazing, perfect for a vacation!
Some guests have complained about the lack of room cleanings.

We loved this hotel's prime location right in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from Piazza Square and a short walk from the beach. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were more than satisfactory. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, transportation options were convenient, allowing us to explore the city with ease.

We had an amazing time during our romantic getaway. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly, approachable, and helpful whenever we had questions. The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants and bars around. We also loved that we were just a few minutes away from the beach, making our walks very enjoyable.
We had a bit of trouble with noisy guests a few floors above us, but thankfully the staff handled the situation quickly. Another issue we had was with the breakfast schedule, which we found quite early.

the staff was friendly and hospitable. They offer a delicious breakfast buffet, and the rooms have a fantastic view of the city lights at night. Plus, the overall atmosphere was very cozy and festive.
Although the staff was friendly, they were not very efficient. the room was not cleaned properly, and there were no toiletries available.
